One handicap rule for the whole league. Rolling last 20 rounds, lowest differentials by the
standard World Handicap schedule, no 0.96 multiplier. The workbook's Instructions tab already
said only the latest 20 rounds count, so this is that rule actually enforced.
Enter at TG is the 9 hole figure doubled, which is what Topgolf wants.
Enter a week
Pick the date and the nine. Rating and slope come from the course table, so there is nothing
to retype. Placement points are worked out from the field once you enter the gross scores,
including the half points on ties. Everything else recalculates the moment you save.
